At Ray White Bensville/Empire Bay we are a highly experienced team with a proven record of success. Our agency is focused on providing an exceptional level of customer service to help our clients achieve an outstanding result every time.

Guided by principal Matthew Kidd, our dynamic team of property specialists are known for their dedication to customer service and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. Our goal is clear, to be the most trusted source of real estate in the area and to be the business of choice for the community.

We specialise in our market, with property sales and management of waterfront and acreage properties through to entry level cottages and large family homes. Our main priority is our clients, making sure that our customers have the very best experience and that their property is marketed and promoted in a professional manner.

Our property managers are highly experienced with a focus on maximising returns and protection for landlords whilst maintaining a high level of service to tenants.

After 5 ½ years operating his own boutique agency, Matthew Kidd chose to join the Ray White group not only because of the extensive corporate support with training, systems and marketing, but also because of the synergy between Ray White’s family values and his own. Founded in 1902, Ray White has grown from a small family business to the largest Real Estate group made up of 1,000 family run businesses across Australasia.
